The Summer Carousel Holavatnet Round was first organized in 1983 and is now in its 41st season. On average, about 130 people show up every Wednesday to exercise or test their fitness in the scenic course. The course runs around Holavatnet on asphalt and gravel roads, and it is easy to bring a stroller along for the 3.1 km round.
